First — talk to your dispatcher or administrator
Your employer sets up your account, your routes, your customers, and your procedures. Most “FieldSpartan isn't showing me what I expect” questions are configuration on their end, not bugs in the app.

For app crashes, sync problems, login issues, or anything that's clearly the app itself:
We respond within one business day. Please include:
- Your name and the business you work for
- The device you're using (e.g., iPhone 14, Pixel 7)
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
