Need help with FieldSpartan? Most issues can be resolved by your dispatcher or administrator — they have the controls. If you need us, we're here.

First — talk to your dispatcher or administrator

Your employer sets up your account, your routes, your customers, and your procedures. Most “FieldSpartan isn't showing me what I expect” questions are configuration on their end, not bugs in the app.

For app crashes, sync problems, login issues, or anything that's clearly the app itself:

We respond within one business day. Please include:

  • Your name and the business you work for
  • The device you're using (e.g., iPhone 14, Pixel 7)
  • What you were doing when the problem happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording if possible

Common questions

The app says I'm offline but I have signal — what gives?
FieldSpartan is offline-first by design. Even when you have signal, your changes save locally first and sync in the background. Pull-to-refresh on the route screen forces a sync. If you're seeing “offline” in the corner with full bars, try toggling airplane mode off and on, then pull to refresh.
A visit isn't showing up that I know should be there.
The route is set by your dispatcher in the back office. Pull-to-refresh to make sure you have the latest sync. If it's still missing, contact your dispatcher — the visit may not be assigned to you or scheduled for a different day.
My photos won't upload.
Photos queue locally and upload when you have signal. Open Settings inside the app to check the sync queue. If photos have been queued for more than 24 hours, email support with a screenshot of the sync queue.
I forgot my password.
Tap “Sign in” on the launch screen and choose “Forgot password.” If your account uses SSO, you'll be redirected to your company's sign-in instead.
Can I use FieldSpartan without an account from my employer?
You can create an account on your own — anyone can sign up. But the app only becomes useful once you join an employer's workspace with an invite code, since that's where your routes, customers, and procedures come from. If you don't have a code, ask your dispatcher or administrator.
