Delete Your FieldSpartan Account

FieldSpartan is the mobile app published by Zona Vibes, LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Choose the path that fits your situation:

If you signed up through your employer

Most FieldSpartan accounts are provisioned by an employer (the business that operates the workspace you work in). Your account is part of that employer's workspace and the employer is the controller of the data inside it.

  1. Contact your employer or dispatcher first. They can remove you from their workspace, which revokes your access immediately.
  2. If you also want your underlying FieldSpartan account deleted (not just access revoked), email privacy@fieldspartan.com from the email address you signed up with. Include your name and that you're requesting account deletion.

If you signed up on your own (not yet joined a workspace)

Email privacy@fieldspartan.com from the email address you signed up with. Include your name and that you're requesting account deletion. We will confirm and process within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your FieldSpartan account (email, name, phone, authentication record) — deleted.
  • Your device's local data (visits, customer info, photos cached on the phone) — removed when you sign out of the app. Deleting the app from your device clears it.
  • Your association with the workspace — removed.
  • Crash reports and diagnostic logs you contributed — anonymized retention for up to 90 days, then deleted.

What is retained, and why

  • Workspace-owned operational records (visits you completed, notes you wrote about customers, photos you captured for procedure steps) belong to your employer's business and are retained per their data retention policy. Your name and identifying details are removed from those records on request — the record itself (the work that was done) is preserved as part of the business's books.
  • Records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (counts, anonymous diagnostics) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to you.

Timing

We confirm deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days unless we're legally required to retain the data longer (e.g. an active audit, tax retention, dispute). If retention is required, we will tell you what's retained and when it will be deleted.

Deleting only some of your data

If you want to delete specific items (a particular photo, a specific note) without deleting your whole account, email privacy@fieldspartan.com with the details. Workspace-owned records may require your employer's approval to remove.
